Spencer Klavsons

Spencer Klavsons, a Flemington, NJ native, now finds his roots deeply embedded in Lake Forest, Illinois. His story, a tapestry of relentless tenacity and a quest for knowledge began to unfold when he moved from New Jersey to Lake Forest in 2010. Enrolled at Deer Path Middle School, he immediately stood out for his exceptional dedication, especially in wrestling, rugby, and football, where he displayed remarkable athletic prowess. His athletic journey continued at Lake Forest High School until a family moved to Mendham, NJ, after his sophomore year.

In high school, he embraced the virtues of hard work and dedication, thriving at West Morris Mendham High School. Here, he engaged in football, lacrosse, and wrestling, proving that diligence and a commitment to continuous learning are the keystones to achieving great heights. His high school years were a testament to his unwavering drive and sportsmanship.

Post high school, in 2014, he embarked on a new academic adventure at the University of Colorado, Boulder. During this time, he also began his journey as a pet owner, with a Siberian Husky initially and, later, Sullivan, a St. Bernard-Golden Retriever mix. Initially delving into engineering, his relentless thirst for knowledge soon led him to explore the field of economics, culminating in his graduation with a BA in Economics.

Following university, his career took a vibrant turn. Spencer became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy for Sports Medicine (NASM), demonstrating his dedication and expertise by aiding numerous clients in achieving their fitness goals. His career path further evolved in 2021 when he joined King Juice as a Lab Technician in Quality Assurance for Calypso Lemonade/King Juice Inc. His consistent hard work and dedication earned him the title of Business Development Specialist and 'Employee of the Month' in May 2023 for his outstanding performance in sales. He now plays a crucial role in managing operations across five states, significantly impacting the company's annual growth.

Outside his professional sphere, he nurtures diverse interests. He keeps fit with hobbies like hiking, exercising, and downhill skiing, earning him a silver medal in NASTAR racing. His commitment to the community is also evident; he volunteered at the West Morris County Arts Workshop in New Jersey, teaching English, science, and art to children aged 5-7, further managing their after-class care.

Looking ahead, Spencer Klavsons is on the cusp of celebrating a significant milestone – his third anniversary with Calypso Lemonade. This upcoming event is not just a mark of time but a testament to his enduring commitment, passion, and dedication to lifelong learning and hard work, which have been the pillars of his commendable career path.
